Our History
The Lojeta Group began business in New Jersey in 1985 and successfully relocated to Florida in 2005. Since inception, it has evolved into a diverse, successful and highly respected family owned and run real estate development company. The company is focused on developing and investing in high quality large-scale opportunities that include rental, mixed-use, and commercial properties. Company Officers

Lon Tabatchnick – President. In addition to his vast experience, Lon’s vision, innate design talent, business acumen, and dedication to perfection are manifested through every project in which the company is involved. These attributes play a significant role in keeping The Lojeta Group ahead of the industry’s curve. Lon is married and has two adult children.

Robert Tabatchnick – Vice President of Construction. Robert received a BS degree from Michigan State University in 2008 where he majored in Building and Construction Management. Robert was a four-year letterman in football at the university where he played linebacker under Mark Dantonio. He is responsible for all construction related matters. Robert is also a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida

Bobby Auerbach – Sales and Marketing. Bobby is a longtime resident of Weston. He is a rising star in the luxury real estate market consistently ranking in the top 1/2% of realtors nationwide. Year after year, Bobby’s name can be found atop the list of top producing agents in the area with more than $100 million in sales over the last 4 years. Bobby has be instrumental in the sell-out of Villas of Positano and sales at Positano Beach.

Ellen Lewis – Executive Administrator. I worked with the LOJETA Group in New Jersey for 12 years before relocating her family to Florida 11 years ago to continue to working with the LOJETA group. Ellen oversees a variety of administrative duties including, finance and day to today operational functions. Ellen maintains and coordinates the collection of data necessary to all adminisitrave staff to ensure operation efficiency and consistency. Ellen’s communication skills have contributed greatly to the success of LOJETA.

Angela Waller – Construction Administrator. Angela relocated to Florida from Las Vegas two years ago to join the LOJETA team for the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort Project. Angela has 15 years of experience in development. She spent 13 years in the timeshare development industry of Marriot Vacations Worldwide. Working on projects in Park City, Phoenix, Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas.
